T1 Transit Declarations
Non-Union goods moved under duty suspension through the CTC area.
A T1 is the customs document that lets non-Union goods travel under duty suspension between offices in the Common Transit Convention area — the EU, UK, EFTA states, Türkiye, North Macedonia, Serbia and Ukraine. We prepare and lodge T1 declarations through NCTS, allocate the guarantee, and track the movement until the office of destination discharges it.
Most of our T1s leave the desk within an hour of receiving complete information. We work as authorised consignor at Dover, Folkestone, Sevington, Harwich and Hull, so movements can start straight from the haulier's yard or a logistics hub — no HMRC office visit, no waiting in line.
How It Works
- 1Send the commercial invoice, CMR or packing list, and EORI details
- 2We assign HS codes, draft the declaration and allocate guarantee cover
- 3Declaration lodged on NCTS — MRN and TAD issued
- 4We monitor discharge at the office of destination and confirm closure
